Paul Allen talks to Leaders Council about successful leadership during Covid-19

Paul Allen was a guest on the Leaders Council Podcast Talking about Successful Leadership

Paul Allen, CEO of the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN), was invited onto an episode of the Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland podcast, which also included an interview with Sir Geoff Hurst. Host Scott Challinor asked both guests about leadership and the role it has played in their careers.

Paul said, “I was delighted to be involved in this podcast to talk about how we built on our strong leadership team to successfully manage the Covid-19 crisis at the RHN.”

The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is currently in the process of talking to leadership figures from across the nation, in an attempt to understand the universal trait of effective leadership and what it means in Britain and Northern Ireland today.

Scott Challinor commented, “Hosting a show like this, where you speak to genuine leaders who have been there and done it, either on a national stage or within a crucial industry sector, is an absolute honour.”
